First class hotel in a great location. Excellent room and great facilities. Also close to the Long Island Railroad if you wanted to into NYC. Very close to shopping in Garden City. Couldn't have been better.

The location was great.
The location was great. It was a midpoint between the city and eastern Long Island. My problem was the hotel had issues with the hot water heater or the thermostat. I missed an appointment because I couldn’t get a shower because there was no hot water. This is unacceptable for a large corporation like this and because of the cost of rooms per night. Although the hotel is brand new and clean, the team is not the most organized. They can do better with their payment processes and how they communicate them to customers, especially if purchased through 3rd party companies like booking.com. I've stayed at this location twice and enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's location and cleanliness. But unfortunately, due to lack of organization and poor communication skills, I am choosing to no longer return to this hotel when I am in New York.

Must have had trouble with the climate control. Great breakfast. Great hospitality by staff. Changed our room when we were unsatisfied.
